A point of order was raised and dismissed regarding whether a meeting could take place with out a quorum.
A request was made the CSA Bylaws be made available on the CSA website for easy access. [That has since been accomplished].
Reports were delivered by various parties, including one by Chuck Houton, representing the Trees & Landscaping Committee.
A vote was taken on a motion by Chuck from his report. The motion was to approve $3,500 in unbudgeted spending for the purchase of trees, in conjunction with the City of Albany, and of gators to help water them. The motion was passed with a vote of 39 in favor of the spending and 3 members opposed.
