Capital Neighbors is “a newspaper for and about Albany’s Historic Neighborhoods,” established in 1995 that is still published quarterly. The paper covers the Center Square, Hudson/Park, Mansion, Park South and Washington Park Neighborhoods.
You can find all issues of Capital Neighbors on the NYS Historic Newspapers site, a project coordinated by Northern New York Library Network in partnership with the Empire State Library Network. The issues are completely scanned in and searchable.
